another system with a code that isn't in the manual. those doggone readouts
are next to worthless if all the codes aren't published.
did you clear the CMOS with all power removed and then put the jumper back
on pins 1 & 2? did you try the board out of the case on a safe work
surface? cpu, heatsink/fan and ram as well as video installed and no other
connections and see if that does any good... manually short the power on
posts together and see what happens.
